An upright shrub, to about 6 ft tall with thick, almost succulent evergreen, 3" leaves, and striking, hanging clusters of tubular, waxy flowers, white in this form, in spring and sometimes throughout summer. A rather new and interesting texture for woodland or full sun with occasional summer water. Frost hardy to 0F, USDA zone 7.
