Orange sepals open to lavender-pink flowers on this compact and long-blooming perennial. Tops out at 1ft tall by 2ft wide, and blooms from June to frost with showy flower spikes. Hummingbird candy. Deadheading encourages more bloom. Rich, well-drained soil in sun is best with occasional summer water for best performance. Does well in containers.  Frost hardy to 0F, USDA zone 6. Unauthorized propagation prohibited.
