This long ago hybrid tree olive has one of the best all around track records for ease of growth and reliable garden worthiness.Ā To 8 ft fairly quickly with upright form, rather spikily toothed, evergreen leaves becoming almost nekkid margined in age, and in autumn, white fragrant flowers. Unfortunately, in the fast moving world of horticulture this has become more difficult to find... not the nekkidness but the plant. Great for specimen planting or screening; particularly nice where the wafting fragrance can be experienced in the fall. Frost hardy in upper USDA zone 7. Sun to dappled shade and some summer water.
