Forms translucent evergreen leaves and stems that then, in early spring, radiate long graceful sprays of gold centered, lavender flecked flowers. Best in some shade with summer irrigation ā beautiful at the water's edge, but it can also tolerate a dry shady spot. Spreads quickly if you let it. Frost hardy in USDA zone 7.
