Late spring and summer bright pink 1" simple carnation flowers are held on short stalks above the foliage releasing a powdery/spicy scent much loved by bees and humans. For full sun with sharp drainage and only occasional summer water if any. Excellent for rock gardens or softening the edge of a gravel path or patio or container. USDA zone 5.
