Easily enjoying a Mediterranean climate, these are drought tolerant, dormant in summer, returning with fall rains. For sun to part shade. Frost hardy in the upper teens F, USDA zone 8b; lower in a protected garden spot. Can also be grown indoors in bright light where they are more floriferous if pot bound.
