This nearly silver with spines tinted warm pink especially attractive when backlit; upright to 4 to 5 ft spreading 2 to 3 feet forming 1 to 3 central trunks. Spring to early summer chartreuse flowers followed by light golden fruit. Full sun well drained soil, supplemental summer irrigation where dry. USDA zone 6 possibly 5.
